Each Perk requires a different value of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. The 70 Perks are divided into groups of 10 under each of the 7 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Perks are no longer tied to the player’s character level or relative Skill level. There are a total of 70 Perks, each with its own mini ranking system, totaling 275 ranks.
